Owner and alchemist behind Promissio Impleta, Linx built the shop after moving to Eorzea. Linx's penchant for sales and fascination with experimentation has led to a number of useful and curious concoctions. He's friendly and rather outgoing while always looking for new ways to improve his work and shop.

Wife and second in command to Promissio Impleta, Vyx is an adventurer, explorer and scholar hailing from Sharlayan. She spends much of her time finding new places to take her friends and allies to discover treasures and other oddities. Her specialties are healing techniques of the Sage and tinkering mammets and other mechanisms.

Bodyguard and muscle for Promissio Impleta, Rhot has stuck by the Laren's and the shop since his employ. He assists in preventing bodily harm and deliveries. Good with the axe, this former Maelstrom soldier has the knack for charging in headlong and coming out the otherwise.
Cuore Mysidia
Business Affiliate - Breath of Life Apothecary
As the owner and founder of the Breath of Life Apothecary, Cuore has been a devoted and reliable partner to Linx. She is well versed in Botany, specializing in knowledge of medical plants and herbs. With Cuore’s knowledge of synthesizing medicinal tonics and potions, she works in tandem with Linx to create better quality products. Making sure the customer leaves with nothing but satisfaction. Should you ever feel the need of her services, post a letter on the job boards in the grand cities!

Shopkeeper and Brewer
Former Radiant Host lancer, now serving under Linx to assist with deliveries, alchemy, and managing the shop. His sense of duty is unmatched, but not without having a softer side.
Sinya Mejhaal

Hired for her gathering expertise, Sinya Mejhaal is a more recent addition to Promissio Impleta. Not much is known about this mysterious Moon Keeper, as she seems averse to talk about herself or even casual conversation. However, she has proven herself as a reliable asset for the small company with her uncanny ability to find rare and difficult to obtain reagents of all kinds. She is also a capable fighter and knows how to make basic medicinal salves.

Mixologist
Domino is her name, and gambling is her game... Or at least, it used to be. A former Gold Saucer waitress, this spunky Miqo'te came across the group by happenstance one night and now she doesn't seem to want to leave. With her outgoing personality and good company, she quickly found a home for herself amongst the shop's roster alongside her sister, Minh, and now works as the barkeep. Though if it's because she's most familiar with handling drinks, or uses it as an excuse to try the stock on the job, nobody's really quite sure...

Being a major part of muscle for the Promissio Impleta, Storm serves as a bodyguard for the Laren’s and company. He also serves as a blacksmith for his friends and customers. Storm has adept knowledge of the land, specializing in Mining. He loves studying minerals and stones to enhance his craft. If ever there is a need for weapons repaired, Storm is right for the job. He remains ready for on-sight repairs.
Minh Noh
Shop Assistant
Minh was introduced to the Larens' and their shop by her adoptive sister, Domino. She was quickly taken in by the couple as one of their own and hired for her natural inclination towards cooking and cleaning. However, her skittish nature combined with her broken Eorzean makes her not one to initiate or hold extensive conversation. Regardless, she is cautiously optimistic towards her new future at Promissio Impleta alongside her sister.
Lariadne Dawnburn

With a knack for fast learning and customer service, Lariande Dawnburn helps with the shop where needed. Whether tending to customers, inventory, deliveries or helping to make products for Linx in the form of massage oils and other relaxation needs. She enjoys performing to the best of her ability and enthusiastically. Devoted to her newfound friends, Lari would do anything to help them in any way she can, and so she found her place at Promisso Impleta.
Dahlia Baron
Delivery Specialist
Being a woman who does not enjoy too much social interaction, Dahlia handles the delivery of products to the more subtle and reclusive clients. With a knack for Leatherworking Dahlia offers as much assistance she can. The trick is catching her when she is not venturing off to perform in the grand cities.
Tsuya
Carpenter
Hailing from the Azim Steppes, Tsuya is a relatively recent hire under the shop. With his strength, he acts as the shop's handyman and carpenter. However, warriors do not retire. He continues his work as a mercenary when he is not preoccupied by his responsibilities for Promissio Impleta.
